We showed up during our scheduled time and walked right through. There was a long line for those who showed up too early or late so just show up when you're supposed to! Everyone was quick, efficient, and friendly. Probably the easiest embarkation we've ever done.

Nothing really stood out as being excellent but I felt it was on the better side when it comes to cruise food. My only complaint would be the lunch hours. I wish they would have had longer hours on the restaurants, most were 12-2. Probably ok for most people but we kept missing lunch at the restaurants. The deli and guys burgers were delicious, the lido buffet is always pretty meh, I'm not a fan. We ate in the dining room for dinner every night and they had good options. There was only one night were I really wasn't feeling any of the main courses so I ordered 4 appetizers instead and they were delicious, had my own little buffet!
Onboard Activities

Really enjoyed the late comedy shows, those are always my favorite! The cruise director and the fun team were great, lots of fun parties going on! My husband did the brewery tour and had a blast! The shows aren't my thing but we usually go check out a couple. I don't know what was going on but they sounded terrible and the lights were always blinding us in the audience. We didn't really do a lot of daytime activities other then lounging on the serenity deck, which was amazing! Usually it's really difficult to get a spot but we had 3 sea days and I was able to grab a lounger every day no problem, I was pleasantly surprised!

I read a lot of reviews about bad service after covid. We had the complete opposite! Excellent service all around! We had your time dining and on the second night had an awesome team, Savio-Woody-Juliet, and we requested to sit in their section the rest of the cruise. They were fantastic and we really enjoyed having dinner with them! Our room steward was also fantastic!
Ship Quality

I heard the vista was an odd layout and hard to navigate but I surprisingly found it easy to get around without getting lost, which is unusual for me! I do prefer the grand atrium with the glass elevators and the big staircases. But it wasn't that big of a deal to me, I'd definitely sail on the vista again! The ship was also super clean! Always saw people cleaning everywhere we went!
Cabin / Stateroom

We had an inside cabin on deck 7. It was a quiet floor, no complaints! Our hot water was out for a few hours one evening but it wasn't a huge deal. It was clean, we slept and showered there..got the job done!
I'm not a huge fan of Belize and we were kinda bummed when our ports got switched and we ended up having to visit here. We had a good time though! You have to book an excursion at this port or else there's really nothing to do. Most excursions require a lot of travel time to actually get to your destination and that's annoying. We booked an excursion snorkeling with nurse sharks and stingrays on the reef. It was really cool and the water was beautiful!
We did a sloth and monkey encounter and a tour of the island with a little snorkeling as well. We booked through shoreexcursioneer.com and had a great time! They have signs up saying not to leave the port area bc it's not safe. We never felt unsafe at all and everyone we met was super friendly!
We've been to cozumel a bunch of times and usually do an all inclusive beach but our time in Port didn't really make it worth it for us this time so we just did some shopping. I hate that they gave us such a short day, we docked super early in the morning but had to be back on the ship at 2:30.
It was a mess. We always bring our luggage off and it's always a breeze getting off the ship that way. Not this time! I think it was probably because people were coming when it wasn't their correct zone but the stairs were backed up several floors to get off. Once we made it off the ship, getting through customs was super easy with a passport. We were out of there in less than two minutes.
