Review summary

Overall, excellent, and will book again. Everything was so well done once the cruise started. Funny though, sometimes little things can bug you. For example, I ordered two (rather pricey) margaritas. When I asked the bartender for a straw, he said, "those are not frozen. you only get straws with frozen margaritas." I politely asked him for two straws anyway, and his response was a very rude "NO." Wow. Hot water goes, out, well, it happens, but sometimes two straws make a big difference. H

Seemed a bit confusing and disorganized. Directions on what to do and where to go were unclear and a bit overwhelming.

Played all of the sports games on the outside decks and saw some of the shows. Really nice

Entertainment

All shows were well done, but the one we saw on the three couples being quizzed on their sexual practices was gross. Felt terrible after being there.

Ship tip

Check out what you will be paying for in advance; for example, drinks and excursions. They need to understand the ship's plicy on tipping and the $100 service charge. Also, make trip excursion reservations in advance.

They have been weird about straws for a while now. We either bring our own or go without. Totally agree on Debarkation day. We have started leaving our luggage in the hall the night before and just waiting. It seems everyone is doing self-assist now and it’s a zoo. It turns a great cruise into an “ok” cruise pretty quick for me. Not worth the 45 minute head start home.
