Not enough time at ports average was 5 hrs. Drink package says unlimited but it’s not water even had to wait 5 min for. Food was not good, not hot and didn’t ever wow me

Had the cheers package… including 15 alcoholic beverages and unlimited soda and water… however they will NOT allow you to order a water and a alcohol together has to be 5 minutes apart… unlimited mean anytime any amount… this was very upsetting I have had this package multiple times before and never had a problem.
As for food very disappointed in dining food it was flat out not good… the blue iguana had the best food.

Trivia and Comedy and a show… trivia same as all other ships… comedy ok not great the shows horrible… pool and fitness just go at odd times so it’s not overcrowded.

Size was ok…balcony small and it was not covered (didn’t know this) the step up to get into bathroom was loud so at night it would wake me up or my husband if one of us got up.
If you don’t do an excursion nothing at port u must take a 25$ round trip van into town… that drops u off and people try to sell drugs and really nothing to do. Then they leave you for 2 hrs to go back
Didn’t get off at this port… bc we were only docked from 7 am to 1 pm this is not enough time to be at a port… you must be water shuttle in so that’s 30 min at least. 7 am is early so if you don’t get off until 9 or do (like normal person) that gives you 3 hrs to do something… waste of time
Excursion was ok… but took the entire time we were at port again a very short period… 10:30 to 3:30 so gave us very little time to shop or look around when we got back.
After reading this review, I saw a complainer, so I checked your other reviews, and sure enough, more of the same. Try looking for something positive next time. Yes some of your points are valid, short time in GC due to ships ongoing propulsion issue needs to be resolved, but 20 minute embarkation gets 3 stars…. Um, that’s 5 stars all day everyday.
Thank you for sharing your honest review. I had a lot of the same issues last month. I shared it, & a LOT of people were angry at me for not saying everything was perfect. It’s a good ship with a good time, but there are some major problems they need to iron out.
