Review summary

This was our first time cruising with Carnival. We were disappointed in the food quality and variety. Cruise director and staff worked hard to accommodate and make sure experience was good! Ship was clean and staff was constantly cleaning!

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Announcement was made to pick up luggage tags on deck 10 after disembarkation presentation. Line was long and people passing by who didn’t attend the presentation decided to cut and get their tags after they finally arrived with them. We had to be out of our room by 8:30 which I understand for preparation for new passengers but we had to stand around on deck 5 for over an hour and a half to leave. It would have been much more convenient if the big room with seating on that floor had been available as a waiting area.

You should not have had to stand around and wait to disembark. It should also not have been crowded. There are plenty of places left for guests to wait. Once your # is called, you just walk out! We are in no hurry to leave so we pick a # that’s at the end.

I am never in a hurry to disembark, so I wait on the lido deck, and avoid the rush to exit
