All in all did not enjoy my Carnival Cruise, we actually had a Hawaii cruise also scheduled with Carnival in April, immediately on return canceled and rescheduled with another cruise line.

Dining rooms looked tired, needs updates and table coverings, Ji Ji's also needs some updates as well as having table coverings without grease stains.

Spa is tired looking, stains on curtains, chairs are very worn looking, the Serenity Spa also on most days the steam rooms didn't work, thermal bath looks very outdated, disappointing at best.

Our service in the main dining room was terrible, horrible, the worst!!! We waited most nights an our just on our first appetizer to show up and even at that we would have some that we ordered never show up. Took one bite of our main courses and sent the rest back, didn't re-order due to the length of time it took to the the first one.

Terrible, missing the grandeur of other ships we have been on. The ship also looked in need of a face lift.
