Cruise was nice and enjoyable, the staff is thoughtful and kind. They always make a point to remember your name and make you feel important which is remarkable since they all deal with so many (4500 on boat). Be careful in Cozumel as they are con-artist. Do not use your credit card as they will double charge you, use only cash at that location. We had no issues at the other port of calls. Loved, loved, loved Ocho Rios as it is not only beautiful but the people are so nice and enjoyable. We recommend the Big Three, with the Canopy, Bob-sled and Zip-lining. It was a blast and the zip-line staff are fun and very, very hands on to make sure you are safe and secure! Dining was awesome, loved the burgers and I think my daughter bought her weight in pizzas so she was extremely happy. If dining ask for Rodney, he is an outstanding waiter as he remembers your name, your order and even your drink order from one day to the next. That is called customer service at its best. Great cruise, very relaxing and fun.
Embarkation

It was great except that they sent an email stating we needed to show up an hour later than originally scheduled and then they cut off the baggage help early. It made it more difficult but it was doable just not convenient.

Food and Dining

Food was awesome. I only had one bad experience so I will remember not to order the flatiron steak again as it was tough and not edible. Everything else I ordered and ate was delicious. The wait staff was amazing! Very thoughtful and courteous!
Onboard Activities

We laid out on the serenity deck one day and although super windy, it was really nice and peaceful.
Entertainment

I visited several shows, went to the comedy club three times and enjoyed all but one.
Service and Staff

The wait staff, esp. Rodney was amazing! He was on top of every order, never forgot your name and made sure you had a drink or full glass of water at all times. He is outstanding at his job. Our stateroom attendant was also remarkable. He made sure we were taken care of no matter what time of day or night. Very thoughtful individual.

All was nice and clean. The hallways had dips and cracks under the carpet and I almost tripped a couple of times and saw a couple of older folks with walkers have an issue or two as well.
Cabin / Stateroom

It was nice and I like the flat screen tv's along with the Carnival Hub. You can keep up with all your expenditures and message other people on the boat as well through that app. Balcony was nice and we enjoyed our cabin. My daughter loved it as she enjoyed opening the curtains, sitting in the sun and reading a book. She was in the room a lot more than I was but when I was there, I was content and comfortable.
Ship tip
Buy Carnival's internet instead of your phone company because AT&T will charge you out the whazoo. Use the Carnival Hub but download all the devices that you will be using prior to sailing because you can't get to them later. Also do not use your credit card in Cozumel, use only cash as they will tell you one price and charge you double on your charge card.
We loved our excursion to Cozumel but do not use your credit card anywhere in Cozumel, use only cash as they will tell you one price and charge you double on your charge card. My daughter was in tears when we got back and she received her charge card bills. They are con artists. We did not have this issue anywhere else.
This was the best excursion ever....we did the Big Three. It was the Canopy, Bobsled and Zip-lining and the staff and crew were awesome. The zip-lining was the best and the guys and girls are very food at their jobs and making sure you feel safe. I want to go back just to visit Ocho Rios as it was beautiful. We also shopped after the excursion and it was nice but the hair weavers were a bit pushy and rude. Otherwise, totally amazing experience.
Very well organized and if you are not knowable about what to do, it is your own fault. They had flyers to tell you how it worked, had a demostration in the liquid lounge, and even walked you through it on the tv channel for the boat. You have to leave your room at 8:30 a.m. but the later you leave, the better it is...we waited with our light bags on the lounge deck until they called so we relaxed and took it easy prior to our long tedious drive back to Dallas.
