Review summary

Havana rooms are great for those that don’t like crowds, but enjoys sitting in a pool or hot tub, or hanging out in a lounge chair.

We never waited long and basically walked right on the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We are in the dining room most nights. The food was great. Even had a lobster night, something missing from my last 2 cruises.

Onboard Activities

we stayed in the Havana area of the ship. On a sold out cruise, the pool and hot tubs were never crowded. If you can afford to book this area, it is worth every penny.

We enjoyed all the comedians and performers.

Children's Programs

No kids with us.

Service and Staff

This is expected and I have yet to be disappointed

Ship Quality

This is a newer ship and looks great

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was great. This is a Havana Cabana, so we were worried about traffic in front of our balcony area. We rarely saw anyone. The room was as expected. The only issue we had was the light on the balcony didn’t work.

Ship tip

Get the Havana cabins!

We did an excursion that included Mystic Mountain and Konoko Falls. The falls were much better than the excursion desk described. It had a small zoo and gardens. We were able to hold a parrot and iguana. The excursion described the falls as pools that we could swim in. We did not swim in any pools. We climbed the falls. There were small pools we could have waded in, but the climbing was amazing. And the guide was awesome.

Easy with nothing unexpected.
