The management personnel of the ship acted as if they never sailed together before. It is a big ship with 3,500 passengers and 1,250 crew so that may be part of the problem.

Not good. No signs telling were to drop off luggage. Seems to be lots of confusion.

Ok but difficult to make reservations for dinner every night. They had a app but we could not get it to work right on our phones.

Service from room stewards and bar tenders was great. Waiters were fairly good. Management was poor. Miscommunications and misdirection was everyday. Shore excursion tickets said to meet on certain decks, we get there and ship personnel tells us to go to a different deck. We go there and when told it is our time to leave, they tell us we have to leave through a different door then what the personnel just told us.
