I highly recommend if you want a taste of a place, go on a cruise! In Jamaica, make sure you choose either an excursion or go with a large group. Taxis are the worst, but we got haggle for lots of money. A trip that shouldn't have cost more than 30 bucks for two of us ended up costing over 100 bucks. Grand Caymon and Cozumel were better for that kind of thing. But we had a lot of fun! The ship was fun too. Met lots of people who were from other countries working there, and many others who live in other parts of Texas and other states. I loved meeting all the new people, and the director was phenomenal! I hope we get to cruise with Kyndall Fire again soon!

The main dining room was not impressive. The food took over an hour to get to us, and the shrimp cocktail I ordered was still a bit frozen. The buffet and the other dining areas we visited were delicious! Guys burgers is a must go to, bonsai is delicious and had the best sushi and customer service, the seafood shack at the end of the boat (aft area) was good but not as flavorful (the breading) as I was hoping for.

The casino is where we spent most of the time. I loved the staff there and they were so nice to let us watch how to play a specific table game before trying it ourselves. There was one problem..the non-smokers who came to the casino side where it was smoking permitted. I had a lady acting like a crazy person and even berated me for smoking, calling me an idiot. It's sad that these people are allowed to cruise, much less go on vacation. Lol! I didn't let her ruin my time, I just ignored her and the other ladies who were doing a dance while we were at our machine. We didn't stay long, but it seems like you may want to rethink allowing people to be like this who don't smoke..maybe put a bigger sign up all around the casino. Also, I didn't notice there were windows in the casino, as the curtains were never pulled to show that. Lol!

Staff and services were awesome! Our stewardess was so sweet, and we always came back to a clean room. Everyone was helpful and nice on the boat.

Beautiful! Clean! We didn't spend much time in our room, but it was comfy and I called it home for the week.
This is the first time I have ever read a post complaining about the NON smokers. Most of the time it’s the other way around! Not judging, just an observation. 😊 I’m pretty sure most would vote for a non smoking casino, but it’s kind of a given that it’s going to smell like that. Anyway, I’m glad you had a good cruise! That was kind of sucky you got frozen shrimp and had to wait so long.
