Review summary

Carnival needs to work on the areas of their hotel management. The beds and bedding need to go back to the days when you could sink into that cold comfort after laying out on deck all day. This ship isn't that old, but it could use a good thorough cleaning. The Havana portion is a waste of ship space for those of us that want the old Serenity Adult Only pool experience.

The pools, both the lido and the tides, had floating hair, sand and other unidentifiable items in them. They had rusted out spots and was not appealing at all.

They all worked very hard but you could tell they didn't get much sleep

Ship Quality

The ship overall was very very dirty. Our balcony was sticky, had debris on it. The deck chairs are worn out and the arms of the chairs had stains and again had a sticky residue all over them. The dirtiest I've ever experienced on a Carnival ship. This is the second time for us on the Vista, first time wasn't as bad.

The cabin was in the perfect location for us. The bed was extremely stiff, which happened to us on the last Vista trip. The linens were stained but clean. Just sub-par for a Carnival Ship.
