Seems good is going down hill. I have food allergies and in the past have been able to eat around it but this cruise has a lot more issues with tomatoes and beans being in dishes with no alternatives

Seemed run down for such a young ship with several things in disrepair. Sign on lido tore from swirling and almost fell

Cabin / Stateroom

Not only did we have noise from dining room below but we had noise from Havana bar itself. Would not recommend this room at all. Lots of movement. Private Havana area seemed still crowded on sea days. The cabins on deck 5 and 3 are a money grab and they should have been used for bigger public spaces

Ship tip

Book another ship. Between the tiny public areas, ac issues, noise issue and not working parts there are much better carnival ships to travel on

Worst disembarkation ever for Galveston. The director (kyndall) called upper floors before lower floors which caused issues with elevators. Platinum zones weren’t called till almost 10 am

I have only cruised in the Magic (twice) and Valor once. Loved Magic and Valor not so much. Vista is next! Well... was supposed to be on her in July but we were one of the cruises that were cancelled, so we rebooked for July 2020. I have heard the Breeze was a great ship. Too bad they took her out of Galveston.

Yeah, Vista is one of my least favorite ships by far. That being said.... Still had a great time.

Im heading to the Vista in late September. Have read some negative reviews & some positive reviews. All I know is.. If they have rum, I'm happy!!

Wow we just got off the vista for the second time and could not disagree more! Altho the magic is our favorite ship the vista is wonderful. We loved our havana cabin so quiet not even any hallway noise. The pool area is dar from run down it was fabulously uncrowded back there. The location of the cabin with noise was ur fault not the cruise ships fault. Certain cabins catch certain noises from the various areas. Its like that on every ship. The steakhouse never disappoints and jijis is amazing. The lido deck food is always good but doesnt vary just a whole lot ship to ship.

We were just in the carnival breeze and met several guests who has previously went on the vista. They said they would never cruise on that ship again and to avoid it if I could. They said it was a large ship with very little space. And seemed to be a bit run down. I was surprised.
