Review summary

First time I’ve been very disappointed in Carnival cruise line. Was not happy with the way they handled all the problems the gang way and all the black sut flying around on the Havana deck. Probably would of not been so disappointed if was handled better. We cruise twice a year with carnival..poor service when there are issues not satisfied at all with the cruise

Horrible the gang way was down we were. supposed to board at 11:30 so backed up didn’t get on board till about 4. People were sleeping on the floors they had to vending Machines that we’re out of snacks by 1:00 no water put out .

Ship tip

The last day of the cruise we were trying to enjoy the sun deck in the Havana deck / pool and black sit was flying around it was all over us on our towels clothes chairs in our drinks. They had someone (one ) trying to clean it but it was everywhere for about four hours. Differently ruined our Last day on board. We paid a lot to be on that private area. I complained but they just keep saying they would launder of clothing. That was not the point. If someone on the shop messes up it should be compensated someone. Can’t get the day back.

Not good they asked us to leave our room at 8:30. Then we were told the gangway was still broken. And we could not start debarking in till 10:00. But we couldn’t get back in our rooms.

Was the black soot from the smoke stack? Did they ever tell you the cause of it? I'm starting to get discouraged by these comments. Should I change my cabin? Also how was the noise level considering you were by the havana bar?

Had an issue with soot on the Magic a couple of weeks ago. Chairs on top deck on the back of the ship were covered every morning.
