Cruise was wonderful. I have been to all of these ports of call before, but I wanted to do something for my birthday and also get to see what the Vista was about. Although I loved the Vista, I still miss the glass elevators in the lobby. The public bathrooms were small, but everything else was a plus. I stayed in the Family Harbor area. Absolutely loved it. Breakfast every morning, snacks throughout the day. And all the ice cream, juice, coffee that I wanted including expresso and lattes and cappuccinos. Heard some noise but not a lot to bother me like I read in some of the other reviews. but I like to sleep with a little noise anyway. Would definitely sail on the Vista again and her sister ships.

No kidding, it took around 5 -10 minutes, no long lines.

Food and Dining

Food was good, not great, but no complaints here. Did not eat in any of the speciality restaurants.
Onboard Activities

My only regret was I did not do the Skyride. Long lines and some days they were not operating.
Entertainment

Always loved the Punchliner's Comedy Club. Went to some of the Playlist Production shows. Glad they had live bands for some of the shows. Love and Marriage show is always funny. And always plenty of music.
Service and Staff

My dining room waiters and my stateroom stewards were the best I ever had on Carnival ships. Waiters were prompt with the food and got everything that I had asked for. Stateroom stewards went out of their way to help when I needed it and would keep my room spotless.
Ship Quality

Ship was always clean. No glass elevators, but still enjoyed the ship.

Stayed in a Family Harbor Suite. Larger than the Deluxe Ocean View that I had originally booked. Big enough to hold 5 people. 2 TVs, a bathroom and a washroom.
Did the Chocolate Experience excursion. Rained some on the walkaround, but I loved the way chocolate was originally made in the past. I love dark chocolate, but I am in the minority. Had lunch on the excursion, it was ok. Overall loved this.
