Overall we had a great time. The ship is beautiful. Clean. and for the most part has very good staff and crew.

Casino really needs to be NON-Smoking. It was Horrible. Prevented us from gambling. I think these days there are more NON smokers than there are smokers. It was disgustingly smokey. the Air evac system did not work very good at all. Definitely not vegas style evac. We avoided that area at all cost. up a floor and around.
THey really need to get rid of HOT tubs on Serenity Deck and add an Adult Pool. a Large one.
Shows were average. Favorite Spot, Red Frog Pub. The team consisting of Israel, Rho Anne, Peter, Jonathan, Elisabeth and Raj were fanstastic. Easy going, attentive, funny and entertaining. We have a blast there. Alchemy bar was very nice as well. Milan and Mr. T as we called him were very good. Mark on the other hand was arrogant, full of himself and down right rude!. The drinks there are fantastic though.

Very clean. Vista layout not the best in my opinion. I liked the Breeze and the Magic better.

Normal Inside Interior room. Marut was our cabin steward. He was Great. I liked that you could choose cleaning times. Morining, Evening or Both.
Ship tip
Havana Club and Bar is open to everyone. Only the back outdoor area is closed to Havana Club Suites from morning to 7pm. After that anyone can go to the Outside section for the pool and hot tubs.
This was the worst disembarkation experience on this cruise. Delays, only two exits instead of 3 for some reason. The Suites, FTTF, etc... got off fine. the rest of the ship was thoroughly delayed.
