This was our 6th. cruise with Carnival and of which were this year, we have never had these problems before but this cruise was terrible and a Christmas cruise at that.

we were suppose to have a handicapped room and this one was not, my wife and daughter weigh too much to sleep on the pull down bed so they put the mattress on the floor which restricted me getting into our bed since we were wall to wall beds, they removed the night stands and lamps to do this, a supervisor came the next day and said this arrangement was against maritime law, it did not allow access to life jackets or easy passage in case of emergency, I also have a handicapped scooter which takes up room, we had bed bugs, sewage stoppages and smells. spider on the bed,
we had a great excursion with great people and food and scenery. we did the air boat tour and the jaguar zoo with lunch, The boat tenders were not good.
I've seen all the 1 star reviews that you've left for the time you've had on this cruise and the places you went to and I'm sorry to see you had such a miserable, crappy time. Our family loves all of our cruises and I must say that our time on the Vista was no exception. We had the best time ever! It was a Southern Caribbean cruise and would go again in a heartbeat. The staff was so very friendly (including Matt Mitcham, the CD. Best ever), the food was delicious and so much to choose from, so many things to do and we were never bored and the ship was so clean ( we saw people cleaning non stop). No problems whatsoever for us!
Something sounds real fishy here. This would have been easily resolved if it was true. Carnival has always bent over backwards to help us with any problems.
