Did not receive my luggage until after 10 that evening as it was placed in someone else's room. That was very disappointing for my second time cruising with Carnival my husband's luggage also we did not get in till after 8 that evening. This was our 40th anniversary cruise and Lisa say it started out very disappointing. But I have to give props to Geraldine down and guest services that tried to do everything that she could to rectify the situation and help us in the system and finding our luggage. We love cruising with Carnival and we always will.

This was our second time sailing on Carnival I first experience was on the Elation this time was on the Carnival Vista. I cannot tell you how much we love Chris the cruise director he made our 40th anniversary the best it could ever be. His entertaining his laughing his personal experience with those of us on the cruise ship goes above and beyond. We absolutely love Chris.

Our room on the first night of the cruise ship wasn't as clean as we expected to be however after contacting guest services and speaking with Pedro we had no problems from that day on I have to give props to again Geraldine and guest services and Pedro for going above and beyond to make sure that I cruise experience was the best.

Grand Turk Island

Grand Turk was beautiful but it was very disappointing once we arrived on the beach and we're out there in the ocean waters to see horses being bought into the waters several feet from us to defecate in the water was very alarming and really ruined our beach experience there

Basseterre, St. Kitts

St. Kitts was actually our best as we as a group rated the islands that we visited which one would be at best and which one will be at least st. Kitts came in at the top of the list for us because of the history in behind that City. And it also gave us a greater appreciation for what we in the states have that we take for granted each and every day. To see how people live in st. Kitts and yet they're friendly they're smiling and what we take for granted I got a greater appreciation
