Review summary

Good News: We enjoyed the activities onboard the ship. Bad News: The pools are too small for the amount of people using them. Therefore, we had to come back early from Grand Turk to be able to use one of the pools. Only that one time was there room to get in. We had a balcony and I would definitely get a balcony the next time too.

When we arrived at the cruise port parking terminal, the elevators didn't work. We were forced to lug all of our luggage down 4 parking ramps (no way to take it down the stairway), as I had to park on the roof.

There isn't much to see, unless you do an excursion.

La Romana, Dominican Republic

We were told not to go off the shopping path, for our safety. So last minute, we decided to do the Dolphin Excursion. It was quite a long ride to get there, then a long wait before it was our turn.

Willemstad, Curacao

We did the City & Cave Excursion. If you have never been a cave, you will enjoy it. If you have, it was a short tour inside the cave. The area near the cruise ship was very good shopping.

Oranjestad, Aruba

We did the snorkeling excursion on a catamaran. It was so much fun! Would do it again!

Were there a lot of kids on your sailing?

I wouldnt leave a port early just to go in the pool unless the port is not worth being at. Ive been on numerous cruises and never used a pool. That doesnt bother me. My son plays in the water park. But to each his own. Glad you enjoyed yourself otherwise.
