Review summary

I would book this cruise again. However I would book it directly through Carnival not a third party. There were numerous offers Carnival offered that I was not able to take advantage of because I did not book directly through them. The people at were less than forthcoming with information that I could have taken advantage of.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly with the exception of a young lady in the EFFY shop, who was very rude!

This port was depressing, the vegetation was brown and dried up. The buildings looked as if they had been in a war zone. There was militia on the corners of the streets.

Only way I could get the cabin we wanted was through Carnival. Tried several several third party sites who made promises but couldn’t produce.

I compare prices and deals with a online 3rd party. Whomever is offering better deal, I used them. Last cruise & next one directly with Carinval. Have yet to find a good TA. Several people was recommending this particular TA, she Never called me . Unprofessional . I have taken 6 cruises since . Guess she didn’t like my voice?

A good travel agent would have gotten you all of carnival’s offers plus some from their agency. Might want to explore that path!
