Review summary

Overall we enjoyed the time away with family and friends. What was disappointing is when we were given room assignments we were told my sister and I were close to each other on the same hall. This was not the case and it caused problems in caring for my son. This was very important for us to be on the same hall and it was expressed due to the need to share in the care given responsibilities. My cabin steward "Dedick was very attentive and did a superb job!

I rated this so low due to the anytime dining set up. They could have had a better system to make this experience better. We also had a very bad experience in the Horizon restaturant with the staff and Hostess. The staff appeared to be on short timers attitude at dinner this night. we have preferred an assigned waiter/waitress team for the restaurnt experience.
