This was the most memorable vacation I have ever taken! It was my boyfriends first cruise and all he talks about is booking another! Every single staff member you had did a wonderful job at making this a fun expierence! They work their butts off to make sure we have a great time. Hardest working staff!!! Matt Richie rich and Sarah were fun and entertaining and had us laughing the entire time. We are planning to book our next cruise but will only be booking where Matt is the cruise director. I couldn’t imagine having anyone else! He brought the ship to life and gave us an unforgettable trip.

We ate in Horizon main dining room every night and were very pleased with the food and the service. The first night the service was a little slow but every night after that was excellent. My boyfriend is a seafood lover and I am not but that wasn’t a problem at all because there were plenty of options for both of us.

Nigel was our bar waiter when we were hanging out relaxing and he was very prompt, always remembered what we were drinking and made sure our drinks were never empty. He was fun to talk to and always had a smile on his face.

Prince from the watch store was great! He sold us two watches and was very patient with us through the whole process of deciding which ones to get. He remembered us and always made sure to greet us as we walked by.

I will say I’m not big into “shows” or anything like that but vista had the BEST entertainment and we made sure to go to something every night. Matt and his E-team were incredible! Richie Rich,Sarah and Matt were so much fun! First thing we did every morning was check the itinerary for the day to see what Matt was going to be doing so we could plan our day around him! I’ve never laughed so much in my life as I did on my 6 day cruise with you guys! I’m not a laugh out loud kind of girl and when Matt was on stage I couldn’t control my laughter. Everything was fun on the ship but MATT is what made this vacation so memorable. He is a good hype man- he brought his ship to life!!

First and for most I would like a big shout out to my room steward I Wayne. First ten minutes I was on board he greeted me and asked my room number, as soon as I told him he immediately knew my name. I was very impressed that I didn’t even have to introduce myself. He asked me if there were any special requests and everyday made a point to greet me my name. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels and i have never received such top notch service. Let’s just say we tipped I Wayne very well for his outstanding service!

Ship Quality

The ships layout was a little choppy but after a day iy was easy to find my way around. I am very very very impressed with how clean everything was. Bathrooms, handrails, chairs, eleveators-EVERYTHING! Everywhere I looked there was staff cleaning, scrubbing, sweeping, mopping or picking up trash. Not once did I have to step on trash!

Ship tip
Sailing on Vista is a must and if you do, you HAVE to make sure you’re at any event Matt is hosting! He will have you rolling with laughter! I promise you won’t regret sailing with Vista and Matt!!
I did the catamaran sail boat and snorkeling with private beach. Sail boat was fun, snorkeling was okay (didn’t see many fish) and the beach was nice! After we were done we came back and caught a cab to Charlie’s for lunch! Best Mexican food I have ever had.
Most beautiful place I have ever been! I was a little worried because I have heard Jamaica is scary but I didn’t feel unsafe at all! I had so much fun and was in awe with all the beauty! I’m hoping my next cruise will dock in Jamaica because we weren’t there long enough. The people were a little pushy with buying stuff but I just simply said no and walked off and they didn’t seem to bother with me any more after that. We did the bobsled excursion and it was the most thrilling thing I have ever done. The skylift up was nice with an incredible view!
