Food and Dining

The food was good but they ran out of crab legs by day two

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
The pool was cold. Both whirlpools was full of children under the age if 10. The sign states strictly enforced no children without adult supervision. When we said something they said oh it's nothing we can do but no adult supervision at all.

We paid for my 15thvmonth old grandson but it was nothing he could do. I was told he could do kids club that was incorrect. He wasn't allowed on the kiddie section if the poo either. Not kid friendly but the charge you.

I think you’d be best served taking your family on a Disney Cruise. It would be more age appropriate for your grandson. Ran out of crab legs really?

kiyatab's it's not the Vista fault because you failed to do your research. They should be liable for your luggage. Also the pool isn't a heated pool, you picked your cruise dates. Just like most hotels in the States, their pool is cold doing this time of year. I hope you give Vista another chance once your grand gets older. I'm on the Vista next March with my 3 and 4 year old grandkids. Again hate you had a bad experience, good luck and may God be with you and your family.

15 months old is a bit young for cruise activities. Must be fully potty trained to get in pools and the kids club start at age 2. Only a for charge baby sitting available for that age. Most people bring age appropriate things for little tykes like a small blow up pool do they can be included. A little research goes a long way.

Nothing to do on the Vista? You may need a pulse check.

I’m sorry you had a bad time. My daughter complains of being bored but it’s what you make of it. There’s plenty for kids to do. Hope you’ll give it another shot and is a better time. I cruised Norwegian years ago and wasn’t impressed but I’d definitely try a different ship.

I'm sorry they broke your luggage...never any fun. However I need to ask how old is your grandson? It seems that there would be a lot of activities on board (ropes course, kids club, etc.)
