Review summary

This was our first cruise and it was amazing. We were overwhelmed by it immense size at first but soon got to know the layout and all the wonders of this grand ship.

The cruise director Matt Mitchum was such a delight. So personable and always had us laughing yet kept us well informed on all events and dealings going on. Our room steward Yutthapool (Paul) was excellent and looked after all our needs. He was always so polite, friendly and kind.
