Review summary

Overall I had a very good experience on my cruise. I will cruise again. Would like to have more port time and better experiences at port. But Will have to figure that out.

I want to point out Marco & Efran for making each night we dined with them Fantastic. I wanted to Tip them specifically, but was unable to get cash before leaving, and did not even get to say bye to them. But I truly enjoyed each night with them! Excellent service. Lisa!

Entertainment

I did go to the Casino, only for a bit. DId shop, but the Nice jewelry was VERY expensive.

Children's Programs

Had a blast with all the entertainment. Was involved with the Lip Sync Battle, and my daughter really had fun following Matt with everything he did. He is truly excellent at what he does. I will look for him on my next cruise.

The ship was very nice

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was very nice. Ryan was my shipmate, he was very helpful. Always went above to help, my mom was ill a few days and he made sure to help with whatever she needed! What I will say is that I think it would be nice to give an etiquette tip to people with room service or who take food back to their room, it was rather nasty to walk the hall and see/ smell left uncovered food on the floor and in the hall, people should have some taste and cover that mess. I know you have to leave it there but be clean and cover it. We all don't want to see it!

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

I did not do anything in Miami. However the port is beautiful

Ocho Rios, Jamaica

Ocho Rios, was fun. We took a ride on a tour van, but they only took us to a specific shop to shop in. I did not like that. I would like to have shopped a little more. Beached were hard to get to. And it is not clean at all. But it is always neat to explore. Just wish I could have gotten my passport stamped. And I would like to have a little guidance on things to do for those who do not want to do all the excursions.

George Town, Grand Cayman

Grand Cayman was beautiful, however due to weather our time was cut short, which was very sad. I feel like I was robbed of time that I wanted to do things by spending it in line waiting to get ashore and then back on the boat. What time I did have was just limited. Nothing we could do about it. But it was gorgeous.

Cozumel, Mexico

This was the one island I did an excursion on , and it all went wrong, again not anyone's fault, but it took my whole day not just 4 hours which kept me from getting to do some of the other things I wanted to do. Snorkeling was amazing, the seeing the island was fun. Just only getting to go to a specific place to shop was not all I wanted to do. Would have been better if the drive on the beach buggy was not as LONG as it was. Our tour guides were FANTASTIC. Panda and ....

Disembarkation

Went very smooth. We were off in a very timely fashion. Faster than I thought, however when you go to one of the Dining areas on 3rd floor to wait you cannot hear Matt announcing what is happening.
