Review summary

I had a wonderful time, treated well even through the extended days on ship. During the hurricane!!!!😉. Rooms were kept clean. Please improve customer service, needed more people and friendlier.

I'm not trying to be funny but my baby daughter asked me if passengers will be charged for extra days on the ship. Sooooo, were you?😇😁

Just thinking, customer service might have been at its limits due to answering questions from almost every cruiser due to hurricane changes to the itinery and days at sea. Even the most patient rep could have had strenuous dealings with cruisers. No defense, just saying possibly a cause.
