Review summary

I am a Carnival Platinum Level cruiser so please take my review seriously if you are expecting the same kind of things I was expecting while cruising on a new ship.  It was a very nice and clean boat with a very modern flare - those all glam days are over.  The balcony rooms are ok but seem to have less storage but that. Oils be that we keep packing more. The bathroom quite adequate with what we needed. Now for the very disappointing parts.  The food everywhere was very below average, yes even the dining room.  The variety of food was next to none on the Lido Deck. We ended up going back for the great burgers and pizza.  The dining room food which took a good two hours out of our evening was just not even close to what we had previously on other carnival ships so that was a huge let down. We use to be able to really look forward to a nice dinner with lots of choices.  Now it seems like the same food is offered but cooked In different ways and some of it we couldn't even eat.  Now on to the cabins. Forget the daily cleaning.  They come in once a day (either day or night) and make the beds and give you new towels. That's about it. Something is seriously wrong with this since we are being charged the same gratuity with half the service. I'm wondering now if this has changed on all carnival ships or just the one we were on. Oh, remember those late night comedy, well they moved the times starting at 5:15 - yes dinner time!  I can't even begin to describe the waiting and the lines for everything, it was brutal - and most times we didn't want to be bothered waiting for everything while we were supposed to be on vacation. Word of advice, if you want to book this ship, please read all reviews carefully.  You might want to move onto another ship or even cruise line.

Just made bed and replaced towels once a day. Not much else. Didn't really see our guy.
