Review summary

This cruise was such a disappointment. the fact that I flew in from Bermuda to meet up with family and to be a cruise that went days without cleaning our room, and when we complained it wasn't much better an the food was less than quality I expected for the money spent. Well on January 1st I did the smart thing. We booked our 2017 cruise with Norweigian. NO MORE CARNIVAL FOR US, SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY.

Sorry I didn't think Norwegian was better by any means, however I have no complaint with carnival .

I have been on 9 cruises on 4 different cruise lines and NEVER had a dirty room. Rooms were always cleaned daily

I have been on 6 cruises never had a steward not clean my room. They were in the corridors every morning and evening. You can't sleep all day excepting them to wait. That the only reason I could think of.

I love NCL the food was awesome the entertainment was great and we had the free dining & drink package. love carnival as wellð

I agree with @JusMe. Norwegian is below Carnival since you have to pay for damn near everything. Their main dining room is the absolute worst and repetitive. The specialty dining is good but it will cost you.

Good luck with NCL....... I consider them a step below Carnival for service and food unless you pay extra for the good dining rooms.
