Went with a friend who due to health was on a special diet. She had no problem when it came to eating

I’ve watched enough You Tube videos by cruisers to know that I’m supposed to go to Main Dining room and tell them I’m a celiac and can’t eat gluten. However the first day on the ship is so much fun I never seem to make a pass by the Main Dining Room until dinner time. On the Carnival Valor they brought me out several gluten free dishes even though I told them last minute. On the Victory the little mam told me “come back tomorrow and we can do gluten free”. I just burst out laughing and made it through by ordering conservative healthy food. The Victory is still my favorite ship so far!
