Review summary

My suggestion would be to improve the food and the service, offer some coffee creamer, and update the ship!

It went pretty quick, it was good.

The food was OK not exceptional. No flavored coffee creamer‘s! That is unacceptable! At the very least you should offer French vanilla. Nothing was ever hot, the food was always room temperature.

Onboard Activities

The weather was too cold to get in the pool, you did not offer rock climbing or bicycling. Activities were just OK.

This ship needs to be refurbished. I saw a lot of rust and things that were not up to par.

It was OK. However you should offer free Wi-Fi or at least an Internet café where people can check emails with a time limit of 30 minutes each.

Ship tip

Needs to be updated saw several things that need repair.

We were on the victory last October one of the best cruises we have been on service wise. We knew it was a short cruise but our expectations were exceeded. Our wait staff Naro and her crew were top notch food was great served very pleasant and got. Room steward never met him but our cabin was taken care of. I would definitely go on the victory again

No coffee creamers with flavours 😱😱 call the cruise police! Rust, it happens, even on brand new ships and I’ve been on one so speak from experience. Salt water and metal don’t mix, it’s in ongoing battle. They could paint over it all the time but then we’d complain about the smell of wet paint or constantly have weeks of refurb, then we’d complain about cruise prices going up.

Did you do any research on you ship? It is scheduled to be updated in May I believe. There is a list of all their amenities so to be upset that there isn't something that wasn't listed is odd. If the food ect wasn't up to you expectation that is you opinion and a legitimate review.

Want a rock climbing wall or sky bike then do research and book a ship with those features. Want flavored coffee, then go to the java cafe and pay a few bucks to get what you want. Too funny.

Cruising is not for you. Remember you are on a vessel that stays in the water rust will happen. If you want flavor creamers bring your own or go to the coffee bar most ships have them. Just don't curse go to a hotel in your city and then compare....
