Overall it was a very good cruise, and very fun the cruise director was amazing. The only negative thing was the wait staff.

We had the early dinning and the wait staff was very poor. Both nights we had problems and waited over an hour to just to get out main meal. Yes we had a small table but we paid our gratuity also. We ended up pulling our gratuity. So we had very poor wait staff. This was my first cruise and not a good experience.

We swam,and I went to the casino a few times. It was a fun cruise.

I wish you hadn’t taken back your gratuities. This affects everyone since grats go into a pool with several behind the scenes workers, including your room stewards, waiters and others. Did you hand out tips to those people since your complaint was with how long the dining room took? SMH. You aren’t the only one they are serving, they are literally cooking for 3000 people, so It is normal for dinner service to take and perhaps go beyond an hour. If you wanted to eat immediately maybe the buffet is more your speed. I ordered from the steakhouse menu 2x so my dinner was brought after every one else’s, and they forgot to ring in my breakfast one morning. I didn’t remove my gratuities because the service I received everywhere else was beyond my expectation.
