Review summary
Was great. I missed the specialty restaurants that I’ve enjoyed on other ships. The food in the main dining room was excellent though! Guy’s burger was awesome. The casino wasn’t terribly smoky, but I still had to get away after about a half hour. I took a chance on a riveria inside cabin because this was a budget cruise. The cabin itself was nice, but I prefer to be higher. I missed the suite and balcony that I’m used to. It was kinda a pain to go up to Serenity deck and have forgotten something. Despite my preferences, we had a great time!!!Embarkation

We did the Passion Island excursion through Carnival. Was not crowded, food was good. Can’t control the weather so the water had been churned up from an earlier storm, but that didn’t matter. Beach was beautiful

What can I say, I love KW!! I’ve been here before, this time I was on a mission to go to First Legal Rum distillery on Simonton St. $10 you can have a tasting of all their rum flavors. Coconut and vanilla is my favorite! Excellent quality. Then popped over to Flying Monkeys for a cold one or two. Good deals can be found for souvenirs. Look for the $5 t shirt shops.
