Review summary

If your single or no kids couple you will have a lot of fun. We took the kids and were looking for something with more family activities, but still we have a good time. The service and food were excellent.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
If you book online check in like we did, you go straight to the ship and are ready to have lunch in. O time

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was great and servers were excellent

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
We were a family of four. We couldn't find that many activities that the kids enjoyed. Maybe cause my kids are 12 and 11, other than mini golf and the bingo we didnt do anything else.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
We went to 1 show. It was ok, compared to Disney cruise (the only other cruise I've been to) it was ok.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Didnt use, so dont know

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Service and staff is the best about this ship.

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
The cleaning of restrooms needs a lot of attention. Hand dryers mostly didn't work. Also, water wouldn't come out on most when washing hands. All restrooms should be cleaned more often, this would be my biggest complaint for the Victory.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was fine, we kept bumping into the bunk beds but that's our fault

Ship tip

If you have kids and looking for a family oriented cruise then dont take the Victory

Thanx for the feedback. Going on Victory in January 2020 with family. Last time on Carnival was in 1996. Expectations not that high for a weekend cruise and older ship.

Glad you enjoyed your trip Why only 1 star for staff? She is an old ship. In March 2020 she will under go extensive 38 day dry dock and be renamed the Radiance.
