Overall this is a great ship. We enjoyed our cruise.
Embarkation

We purchased FTTF. After first check-in we walk right on to the ship.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
We at all of our breakfast and dinners in the Pacific dining room. Our servers Ida and Ana were wonderful. We saw very few choices for non-meat eaters. I ordered fish, or multiple vegetable sides as my main dish. The burritos served on the Lido deck were delicious.
Pacific Dining Room

Our dinner wait staff Ida and Ana were wonderful. We ate in the dining room every morning and night.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
My husband and I had a great time on the slide and in the pool. We checked out The Serenity deck for a short time. On sea day it was packed.
Children's Programs
3 out of 5
Our 5 and 10 yr. old spent a short time in the camps. The time there they seemed to enjoy themselves. The club for our 12 yr. old was mostly closed. It did not seem to have much to offer the 12-14 age group. We showed up for one event to a no-show (staff).
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
The staff we encountered we friendly. Our room attendant did a good job. We did have to request a through cleaning of the toilet. It smelled like a portable potty, not good. Once that was corrected everything was great.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
All day one would find a crew member cleaning throughout the ship. The layout was cool. Only thing I did not care for was we had to walk our kids through the casino area to get to the dining and some of the kids activity areas.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The bed and pillows was comfortable. Being we were 5 in one room it was all good. We only showered, slept, and dressed in the room. Great location just steps from the Lido deck. The kids camps are 2-3 floors up.
Went to Paradise Beach. The food was good and wait staff did a great job being attentive. The beach waters were full of seaweed, so we opt for the pool. We enjoyed the heated pool very much. I do feel the cab fares are on the expensive side.
We bought FTTF so I believe that helped with the smooth disembarkation. My family laid around watching movies until our zone was called. Nice to see the crew out making sure the walk ways stayed clear for easy maneuvering.
