Review summary

It was a good cruise. Staff on board was great. Staff at port of Miami were clueless. Hreat cruise just to relax because port of calls were not any big or exciting

The platinum guest experience was terrible. The signage was terrible. We got to the main area and were told to take a seat. We waited and then when we got to the counter the car said we could go right on the ship that we didnt have to wait. Nobody knew how to handle platinum guest.

Nice, clean and in good working order. The casino crew was excellent. Arnold (pit boss) and dealers Ron, Richmond, Christina, Erick were top notch. Best casino staff in the fleet
