The cruise was a lot of fun and the staff were very friendly. I wish there were more food options on the lido deck and they seemed to have shortened their food hours which was kind of a down fall for me. I also wish they had more shows.

Seemed to be not as many options on the lido deck like there used to be and only drinks included were water and iced tea and lemonade, I feel like there should be one other option as the lemonade was very tart.

I feel like they didn't have as many things to do as past cruises. We tried a pamper party but ended up leaving after no one showing up for 15mins. I loved the serenity lounge It was the best I have been to as well as the Arctic Club.

Ryan my room steward was so amazing and so nice. I love him! Maria the bartender at the casino was also amazing and so was Christian at the Arctic Club. Wayan Malisa and Wayan supardika were my waiters and they were also very amazing, remembering my name and my drink order! They were all so nice and so friendly.

Everything was super clean but I did notice some repairs needed to some broken tiles. Our bedside lights in our room (7310) didn't work as well as our overhead light. It was also hard getting around the ship because a few floors you couldn't walk through to the other end of the ship so we would have to go up or down a deck to get to where we wanted to go.

It was a nice size room I was very impressed with and it was always clean.
It was nice, I did not do an excursion, I just walked around the island. I wish there were more signs right at port pointing in directions of places to go, like Duval St., Hemmingway house, the beach, ect.
This is one of my favorite ports ever! We did the deluxe catamaran sail and snorkel beach excursion. I loved it all, one thing is maybe not let everyone in the water at the same time or have smaller groups because it was hard swimming because everyone was so close. The crew were super nice and friendly.
Normally I would give 5 stars because it was a fast and easy disembarkation. We were delayed getting back to port by 7 hours, the crew did their best to make everyone happy.
