Review summary

This was my first cruise and I’m not sure what I was initially expecting but I was blown away by the cleanliness, service and food. Every crew member I dealt with was wonderful, no detail missed. I’ve never had a cleaner hotel room than my stateroom and our cruise director coming over the loud speaker was so funny and friendly that I looked forward to his announcements. I would definitely go on this ship again and I feel that I’m now a converted cruiser.

Everything went smoothly and quickly. The only thing I would do differently next time is board the ship a bit later once my room was ready to avoid the crowd.

The size was perfect for us, we were 2 people but you could definitely fit more in it comfortably. The shower was a nice size and there was a lot of great hidden storage space. Our steward was so attentive and the place was so clean you would feel comfortable sitting on the floor. Spotless

Ship tip

Go for the ocean view or balcony if you have more than 2 people. My mother was on the ship with 2 teens and her interior room felt a bit cramped for my taste. It would be fine for 2 however.

I loved the feel of this port. We did not do an excursion, we walked all the way down Duvall Street from the drop off point of our shuttle and we stopped into the Butterfly Conservatory ourselves for $12 per adult. It was beautiful and I highly recommend. Gorgeous views in Key West, it’s really charming.

Lots of shopping and fun right near Puerta Maya. My group bought tickets and transportation to Playa Mia and I was very pleased by the cleanliness and service there.
