Review summary

Unless this is your first cruise, and you're basing your decision solely on price, I'd avoid this ship and itinerary at all costs. From a dirty and old ship, to bad food and service, to overpriced internet that literally does not work...add in bad port times and you've got a recipe for a bad cruise.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Very easy to get onto the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Main dining room was average, but other food options (buffet, alternate restaurants) were small, overcrowded, and bad.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Standard offerings. Nothing stood out as great or terrible.

Entertainment

2 out of 5
The only redeeming quality for this ship is Ben the cruise director was fantastic. It's too bad he does not have more to work with.

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Just not great service all around.

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
Just overall dirty and unkept.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Old and in need of a heavy cleaning.

Ship tip

Don't cruise on this ship.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

3 out of 5
Miami is fine.

Key West, Florida

2 out of 5
We got there at 7am and had to be back on the ship around noon. Not enough time to see or do anything. Either ditch this stop and make the first day a sea day, or give us time to see it.

Cozumel, Mexico

2 out of 5
We did not get there until noon, and then stayed late into the night. Most good beach days are almost over by the time you can get to them with such a late arrival. And it's not safe to be too far from the port after dark, so it seemed like another wasted day.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Getting on and off the boat was smooth.

The recipe for a bad cruise is partly to be blamed on your inadequate planning. Just my opinion based on this and your two previous posts. Just my opinion.

This ship was my first and second cruise. I loved it both times.....

It's my understanding that the ship is going in to dry dock in January. We are sailing July 23 for our 20th anniversary. Looking forward to it.
