Review summary

Ship was great, amenities were great, ports were great. It was our first time cruising with Carnival we have always used Norwegian or Disney. Would I use Carnival again? Debatable...the ship and most crew awesome. The security and all of the trouble we had makes me say probably not....

The food was delicious. A great variety of foods to try. EVERYTHING I tried was amazing. Lots to eat.

My children enjoyed the pools. I thought they were very clean but quite small. And always full of kids. Comedy shows and other shows were very good. Enjoyed the Christmas show alot and how they involved all of the children in it.

My youngest son is 2 he absolutely loved the children's group. Asked us continuously to take him there.

The cleaning staff were wonderful and did a fantastic job. The restaurant staff couldn't be better. Now the security staff total disappointment. We had continuous problems with 3 drunk people on the trip. Kept us up all nights screaming and barfing in the hallways. After 3 nights of being kept up we asked them to please keep it down and it turned into them screaming swearing yelling. Then trying to fight with our neighbour. When security finally came nothing was done. They continued to harass us swearing at US and causing trouble the entire trip and nothing was ever done about it. When I finally wrote them up for all trouble security said they had several several complaints about them and nothing ever done. An example of what they would do is I was eating my lunch with my daughter and son and they walked by our table and started calling me inaaprpriate names. This behaviour continued the entire trip.

That's good to know IkeDeb I thought it should have been handled different. It's a shame because we really enjoyed our time on the boat other than those women. I video taped the women and thier behaviour and showed it to security and they still did nothing. Would you believe that they had so many many complaints about the same women and did nothing. As a matter of fact the last night they said we can move us. I said we have 3 kids and are leaving in the morning we aren't packing and moving now. They should have been moved a long time ago.

I understand why you would be upset. We had experience a situation of very rude passengers by us. Finally we called security. They came down heavy on these people and we had no more problems. The only time it happened after five cruises with Carnival.

I couldn't agree more. They say they are a family ship but didn't seem that way. Imagine people drunk puking down the hallway screaming and yelling innapprpriate things for days and nothing ever being done. It was a shame as the rest of the boat and trip was really good but the harassment was honestly terrible. I think we will just stick with Norwegian as we have never ever had trouble like that with them tgey would have escorted them off the ship.

I liked most everything about Carnival except many of the fellow passengers. Because of that I don't have any plans to sail on Carnival again. Sorry to hear the trouble on your cruise. Those slobs should have been put off the ship and banned. Thanks for sharing your review.
