Review summary

The dining service was my favorite part of the cruise. they were excellent.  I was dissapointed that 2 of our girls were 17 and 2 were 18 and thye didnt have a club they could both attend. 18 is too young to be in the clubs with 40 yr old men trying to buy them drinks. they should have the club open if you are still in high school even if you are 18 . the excursion staff was rude, and the guest relations were terribel with hour or longer wait every time. Not acceptable to take that much time out of cruise for questions.

better thatn expected. shower backed up a few days and took a while to be repaired but it all worked out

Ship tip

This cruise seemed to be over packed with loud low class people. I hate to be rude but I didnt like the class of people on it. I would do a longer cruise. Not during spring break or pay more so you get people that are a little less obnoxious

didnt see it. waited all day for excursion, it left hour early because we were looking at the clock by the excursion signs, and it was on ship time. Locals were rude and mad when we didnt buy. Locals would take us to beach after we missed excursion because it was 3 o clock and the town seems to close up at 4

You could possibly use the kiosks strategically located throughout the shift. They can take care of many things that clog the line at the customer service.

The FTTF would only help them with their wait in line and would not be any help with their other complaints. Another one is they should have verified the time when they issued the tickets. If the excursion was scheduled  on line on Carnival's website, their print of payments would have supported their argument.

@trishpt Faster to the Fun pass. You pay to board earlier. After the higher tier cruisers and suites. Worth the money.

You wouldn't want your daughter in a club with old men either. And if they are still in high school they are around 18 year olds anyways. I agree, they should have been allowed in the "teen" club as they are still teens. I am going to run into the same problem when we sail.

When I cruised with a mix of 17/18 year olds in high school. The 18 year olds just had to sign a waiver to be allowed into the teens club. Granted this was about 5 years ago now, but I'm surprised they still don't do that.

Next time purchase the FTTF and you won't have to spend over a hour in the guest services line...it's worth the money!

They wouldn't do that since at 18 you're considered an adult. Sorry but don't want an 18 year old hanging with my 16 year old. So they would never put those two togethet
