Review summary

Our favorite parts of the cruise were the excursions.

The Family Beach Escape was great, although, the staff was, at times, unable to keep up with the food at the buffet. Many of the choices quickly disappeared, and were not replenished for a while.  The activities for our grandchildren were good, so they were very satisfied with the whole experience.

We appreciated the Seaworld Explorer excursion even more.  Our first guide, who conducted the tour as we headed to our "submarine", did a fantastic job.  He was very informative and entertained us immensely with his sense of humor.

Once on the submarine, although not quite as funny, our guide as we viewed the coral reef and underwater life, also did an excellent job

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
We wish there had been more activities for our two grandchildren, ages 5 and 7.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
We would like to have seen a greater variety of types of entertainment for all age ranges.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
As stated above, we wished for more age-appropriate activities for the younger (grand)children.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone was excellent and we really appreciated the fact that people were constantly cleaning everywhere. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was all top-notch.

Ship Quality

IMPRESSIVE! Staff people were constantly cleaning. Dirty dishes were removed very quickly. Steps, handrails, furniture, and all facilities were kept nearly spotless. This was very reassuring and will go a long way in the form of positive word of mouth publicity. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We've been on several Royal Caribbean cruises, with balconies, and I would say that it was comparable to what we'd had before, and that we were equally pleased with our accommodations.

Referring to my comment above, CHECK THE BUS'S AIR CONDITIONING BEFORE YOU GO ON A 2O MINUTE RIDE, SEALED IN AN OVEN WITH 29 OTHER "VICTIMS". ("He just won't let that one go, will he?")
