Review summary

This was our first time with our children to go on a cruise. The staff of Carnival Cruise are their best asset. They made us feel so at home and relaxed. Definitely because of the staff we will be back

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was awesome especially dinner, the variety was really good and well put together. The molten chocolate cake and the grand marnier souffle were the best desserts ever made

Onboard Activities

The staff at the Spa need better customer service. Waited a long time for someone to help me while they were all looking down at their computers. I was given a gift certificate to my birthday to use but I walked away not wanting to receive any service from the spa. I opted to go on the hammocks instead and tan

Children's Programs

Lots of activities for the kids and a wonderful program.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The very first person we met from staff was Rolando. One of the best employees I believe on the crusie. Always wiling to help, always friendly, finding out how we are doing. Amazing attitude. The dining room staff starting with Julio, Pughu, Augustus and Vane are to be commended for awesome service we received during dinner all three nights

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had two kids with us and they loved the bunk beds. The room was spacious and the housekeeping was awesome which was done twice a day with plenty of towels. A few things like the do not disturb sign not there or pool towels but it was more than made up by the excellent service by the staff beginning with the amazing Rolando our room steward.

Ship tip

Be aware that gratuity is not yet added to the cost of the trip. Set aside atleast $50 per person which will be added to your bill. Photos are expensive about $22 each and you'll want to take all of them. Watch out for the shots sold all over the cruise.
