It is a Carnival cruise. No class or dignity or brand pride. The Tea time is a joke....food is medicore....officers refuse to talk to guests...best to avoid unless you get a very cheap deal!

Served rancid German Chocolate Cake on Embarkation day. The F&B Director Stanley (India) was promoted recently to this position but he is MIA. He does not talk to guests and only came out of hibernation after Day 8 of the cruise. The food staff have no oversight and everyone is left to do whatever they want to cook and serve.
Onboard Activities

Hot tubs do not have hot water consistently, suanas are supposed to be dimly lit for privacy and calming reasons but on this ship there are 6 bright spot lights in the tiny room, fitness center was adequate.
Entertainment

Only one production shop - Color My World that has been repeated on every sailing since 2023. In-house production team lack talent and can neither sing or dance. The theater is simply horribly designed with NOT EVEN ONE good seat no matter where you seat, no entertainment during sea days causing boredom

Room steward was good....overall staff were friendly especially considering all the officers such as the F&B Director and Tim - Hotel Director refused to talk to guests. Guest services was a hit or miss. Rude agents at Guest Services included two ladies. Simply horrible!

Other than the Theater (not a single good seat) and the Limelight Lounge (huge pillars blocking the stage), the ship also has several chopped floors - go one level down and walk forward then up to get there etc. which can get very confusing
Cabin / Stateroom

Directly under the stage on the Lido deck. Loud thumping and music could be heard and you could not stay in the room for even 5 minutes. Guest services admitted that the rooms were poorly designed with paper thin ceilings with no sufficient noise proof support or insulation

Okay ship but only book over 7 night sailing to stay away from the rowdy and loud crowd that Carnival attracts
We were on this sailing and totally disagree with this review! We had an amazing time and the ship was perfect! This review plays into my theory if you can’t be happy on a cruise you probably can’t be happy anywhere!
Just got off this ship but while i value others opinions this whole review is total bull..... Just got off this ship and food was great..... Crew was amazing and ship is beautiful..... If i had to give a negative it would be the people who don't use the elevators the right way. This review is childish for sure.

We've been on the Venezia 2x, and had the best time. I believe negative or bad things are more likely to happen if you can't see the good. People make their own good time. We are sailing on her again next year and can't wait.
So sorry for you that you went to all the trouble and expense to go on a cruise and hated everything. Must be very sad to have such a negative experience with all those people having fun around you. I would suggest trying a luxury cruise but you could end up hating it also and pay big money.
