Enjoyed my cruise, staff needs more training on customer service. Cruise director Jacky is off the wall, he made this cruise experience one of my best experience, I may book my cruises with Carnival based on the ships he is in contract with. The 2 day of cursing my husband and I got turned around and he came up to us and gave directions without us even asking for help. I did not know who he was at that point. Whatever he is being paid pay him more

Not that great in the terminal I check in on the app for 11 - 11:30. They did not start boarding for priority and other classes until 12pm. Port team in the terminal was yelling instructions to customers instead of using the PA system.

Good - I enjoyed the shows, a little more practice with their coordination with make the show look more in sync.

I did not bring my family with with me, however I did see them as part of one of the shows and the towel folding was inclusive.

Staff made me feel as though they were new or did not pay attention to detail. In the Speciality Restaurant the waiter Sean was rushing and it made me feel as though he was new and not well trained. I went to guest service to ask 2 questions after the first one, the man (I did not catch his name) wanted to move on to the next customer instead of handling my next question.
Called the front desk I was told to go to deck 3, went to deck 3 I was told to go to deck 4. I then watched the APP, I got notified then disembarked. not to bad.
