Review summary

We were dissatisfied with the food in the buffet , selections were good but the food was cold even the soup, the crew were very friendly and did their best but for the amount of passengers, there could have been more crew

All the crew were very friendly and trying their best but I don’t feel there was enough of them for the passenger capacity

Make sure you don’t need anything ironed as there is no laundry area where you can press your own clothes also there is no thermea suite in the spa

How was a cabin on deck 12? I’m sailing in august with a cabin on deck 12. Do you feel a lot of motion, was it quiet and how is it by the spa?

We were on the Venezia for 10 nights on March 15, I call bs on your cold food comment. We had breakfast & lunch from the buffet and did not experience what you are claiming,they even brought out a fresh roast beef to carve in front of me and it was fantastic, your review is crap

We were on the same sailing , 4/5 and felt the same about buffet, crew were always friendly but too many passengers for crew. Great cruise on a beautiful ship tho and amazing weather.

excellent cruiseship beautiful, nice quiet area to sit.I love the smart elevators especially pushing a wheelchair highly recommended, cruise director Jacky Tang, 'best ever on the 7 seas' I love his enthusiasm in all his activities dance parties and game

Overall enjoyable with a few hiccups.
