Overall we had a great vacation we were with a large group of friends a vacation is what you make of it. However they really need to look into the food situation no one should have to pay for specialty dining to get a good meal. (We did the hibachi food was excellent best meal all week) The ship is beautiful not a typical Carnival Ship but the staff was excellent and made it fun.

They asked us to schedule a time however they still were letting people off the ship so we had a 10:30 am embarkment time and didn't get on the ship until 12 pm

Drinks were very good on the ship bartenders were great. However the food was horrible Food came out very cold took long time to get it. Most of the waiters we had were very good and professional we had 2 that were not. We sat for 3 hours 1 night and they forgot to bring our dessert. They need to figure out their food situation they are either understaffed or it takes a long time to get to where the food is prepared. Also we had breakfast 1 day in the main dining room we were first seating and I ordered oatmeal. It came out ice cold and soupy extremely horrible Also we didn't always get what we ordered something was always left out

They need to have a better idea of who is waiting for drinks they don't pay attention to who is first etc and just server willy nilly frustrating when you are waiting for 15/20 minutes and being ignored and then when you point it out to them they get nasty. Also Mar Q was an excellent cruise director he was engaging and fun and let us know what was happening

It seems a lot of us on this ship have gotten Covid the elevators were a breeding ground way to many people at one time. Also they may need to do better cleaning in the kids area as my daughter was the one in our family that got Covid we had another person in our group get sick on day 3 not likely covid but some kind of norovirus
Cabin / Stateroom

Nice size cabin balcony was a little small. Our Cabin Steward Lary was excellent best cabin steward we have had he kept our room clean and was very helpful.
Absolutely horrible we didn't get off the ship until 10:30 am it took us an hour to get off the ship they had an issue with to many people getting off at one time and the escaltor
