Review summary

This was our first cruise and we were amazed at how much there was to do. The food was better than we expected, there were more activities than we expected, and the trip was very smooth(for the most part). I was worried because I get extreme motion sickness but a couple of Dramamine a day kept it at bay.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
We purchased the "Faster to the Fun" to get on quicker and it was so worth not having to wait in line.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Dinner was fantastic. 5 star meals. The buffets were fine.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Pools are small and often over-crowded.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Enjoyed several comedy shows and trivia games. The last night had a "Love and Marriage" show and was fantastic.

Children's Programs

Had no children.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff are wonderful, especially the dinner staff.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Very clean and laid out well. It is aging just a bit though.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had 4 adults in the room and the size was just fine. The only negative is that the tv has a fuzzy picture.

Ship tip

Use the stairs. The first day the legs were a little sore but after that, it was so much quicker and easier than using the elevators.
