Embarkation

5 out of 5
All the employees were courteous and helpful and made the process very easy.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
All the dining rooms were excellent and very clean and the crews working them were ever present and constantly keeping the areas picked up. Only complaint would be the long lines but with so many people it was understandable, and most of them moved relatively fast.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
I enjoyed the shows, the karaoke and movies. There was plenty to do, so much that it was a difficult choice to which event I wanted to attend!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Excellent!! Enjoyed all the events I attended.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Kids in the family loved the kid’s club and activities.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Each one was very serve oriented and will to help in any way they could. They were all constantly working and checking to see that everything was satisfactory.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very clean and someone was constantly cleaning something all the time.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very nice cabin. It was large enough to accommodate, I have stayed in smaller hotel rooms.

Ship tip

Make sure they download the app so they can keep up with the itinerary of what is happening and where. Also the ship map and the keeping up of your account while onboard.

Disembarkation

Lots of confusion at first. We were ready to embark but was told we had to wait until our master station letter was called. Since we, along with so many others has started to assemble at the areas we were told to(letter left at cabin) we were then told we had to wait. Everyone started getting really frustrated and upset because since we had all our luggage we thought that we would be allowed to disembark. I guess someone realized that this was getting to be a bad situation and decided it was best to let everyone that was ready to proceed. Once they made that decision it was just a matter of minutes that we were off and able to process through.
