Food very subpar, I used to think it was great.

Onboard Activities

Small ship, so not much to do to begin with. The Pools were too crowded to use. The bars were nearly too crowded to use.

Entertainment

Entertainment was terrible. The main "shows" were not good at all. Bad direction and performances. Piano bar singer was awful. Had to leave after 10 minutes.

I've always felt one of the nice things about cruises (Carnival included) is that the staff pampers you. This is no longer the case on Carnival. Very poor service throughout the ship, specifically as it relates to food/drinks.

The cabin was fine, except that the couch was broken. I asked for it to be repaired or replaced. It wasn't.

Even though luggage was left out at night and we arrived at destination many hours before debarkation, many elevators were STILL not able to be used by guests. We had to carry our suitcases down the stairs for 4 floors.

You could have waited for an elevator. You make your own enjoyment on your vacation.

I have the same question as 4tanya…if you left by our luggage out at night why would you have to carry them down?

If this was your first cruise since Covid, you experienced the new standards for cruising. Most cruise lines have cut back on food, services, staffing, etc. and raised prices. Lowered expectations and not comparing the current experience to past sailings is the key to enjoying cruises currently.
