It was great with a few exceptions. I didn't like having to keep going to guest services to have my bill corrected. But overall a great experience

My room steward Putu was the best. He knew me and my name every time he saw me. My waiters Marlon, Gabor, and my waitress Gladys were excellent.

The ship was kept very clean. I really appreciated seeing the staff wipe down the hand rails.

Bring your own drinking straws because they have candy straws or no straws at all

My snorkeling was canceled and the alternative was not great at all. I ended up leaving the excursion and going shopping. I returned to the ship early. Julian however did make my shopping experience fabulous.

Thanks for the review. Metal straws with rubber tips are sold at the bars onboard. A pack of 4 was around 6 dollars. Now ya know.
