Worse main dining room menu and service I have ever had on a cruise. The menu had poor options, alot of the food tasted the same. The wait staff was slow and inattentive.

The food was great, they lost a star because their hours are horrible. If you dont want to eat in the main dining room one night you are S.O.L. if you want Guys after 6. They need to stay open longer.

It was too cool to really use the pool, but that isn't their fault. But something they need to work on is timing of events. Some popular events stated before other popular events ended. Some activities that children didnt need to go to started at the exact time Camp Ocean opened, making you late. Otherwise it was a good time.

Kevin the Cruise Director, and Abby, Sarah, Clair, Tre another rest of the fun staff was awesome. They made the cruise.

Love and Marriage, Hasbro Game Night, were awesome, they has a sick singer so the stage shows were shuffled, but still quality productions.

Ship design is great I love the Conquest Class, the Carnival Valor how ever does need a little work, and our room Stewart does too. Until the last sea day we thought everything was good in our stateroom, then we dropped something that rolled under the bed and on top of finding our item, we found partially eaten oreos and cereal neither of which we had in the cabin.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had an Aft Balcony. We loved having the bigger balcony, since it had a lounge I was able to take a nap or two outside when my little girl was taking her's. Our only issue was finding the food from a previous cruise under the bed.
Ship tip
Use the rear elevators as much as possible they seemed to have the least traffic.
Get to the Comedy shows early. It's a large lounge, but fills up quick.

Unless you are doing an excursion, get off ho through the duty free store on the pier and get back on, because other than that Progesso ain't much to write home about.
It was a mess, but that was due more to the impatience people crowding the stairs and elevator lobbies instead of just waiting on the lido deck, bars, or in the theater.
