Food was very good. We loved the Steakhouse-best meal anywhere in years! MDR was also good and buffet always had good options. Guy’s Burgers was fine and Blue Iguana was good.

This trip was to recharge so Serenity Deck was amazing for that. We shopped a little and enjoyed Kevin and his team everywhere!

Overall there was good quality on the Valor and something for everyone. Comedy Club and the violin trio were very good. Stage shows were solid.

Joanna our steward was AMAZING! Knew our name every time and our service was impeccable. Yuan and Ko in the Sports Bar were great all week and the steakhouse staff/chef made our meal there memorable for all the right reasons. We didn’t experience a single rude staff member or bad service at a bar, in MDR, the shops or anywhere else. Valor was fantastic!
Ship Quality

Once you got the layout, it was easy to navigate. We didn’t see anything unclean or in poor repair anywhere. The ship staff were always doing maintenance to clean things and spruce it up-they take pride in it and it shows.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was in a great location.it was clean and we were more than pleased. Loved our balcony-won’t cruise without one!
Progreso is a city on the rise. Lots of construction and busyness make self-exploring challenging right now but the people were wonderful. Next time we’d do an excursion I think to learn more about that region.
